Privacy Policy

Last updated: 29 October 2026

This policy explains how TheyVoice ("we") handles personal data on theyvoice.com and in the games and apps we publish. It also describes your rights under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK).

1. Data we collect on the website

You don't need an account to visit theyvoice.com. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

  • ●Visit statistics: We use Vercel Web Analytics to see which pages are visited. It uses no cookies and builds no profile of you; it only shows aggregate data such as page, country and device type. Our own counter also tallies how many times each page is opened per day; it stores only the page address and the count, nothing about you.
  • ●Contact form: If you use the support form, your name, email address and message are stored so we can reply. To prevent abuse we keep only an irreversible hash of your IP address.
  • ●Server logs: Our host, Vercel, briefly keeps technical logs such as IP address, browser details and the page visited, for security and debugging.
  • ●Embedded videos: Videos on game pages load from YouTube's privacy-enhanced youtube-nocookie.com domain; YouTube cookies only apply once you play a video.
  • ●Admin panel: A strictly necessary session cookie is used only for the studio administrator's sign-in.

2. TheyVoice ID account

TheyVoice ID is the shared account you can use in all our games. When you create one we store your email address (or Google account ID), the display name, country and language you choose, and which of our games you play. Your display name may be visible to other players in games and leaderboards.

  • ●Download your data: You can download everything stored in your account as a JSON file from theyvoice.com/id.
  • ●Delete your account: You can permanently delete your account yourself from theyvoice.com/id. Your progress in our games is marked for deletion and erased within 30 days.
  • ●Marketing emails: Only sent if you explicitly opt in; you can withdraw at any time from your profile.

3. Google user data

You can sign in to TheyVoice ID and our games with "Sign in with Google". When you do, we request only the openid, email and profile scopes from Google.

  • ●Data we receive: Your Google account ID (sub), email address, name and profile picture. We do not access any other Google data, such as Gmail, Drive, contacts or calendar.
  • ●How we use it: Only to create your TheyVoice ID account, sign you in and recognise the same account across our games. We do not use this data for advertising, profiling or training AI models.
  • ●Sharing: We do not sell data received from Google and do not share it with third parties. The only exception is the hosting and database providers that run the service on our behalf (Supabase, Vercel), which process it solely to provide the service.
  • ●Retention and deletion: This data is kept for as long as your account exists. You can delete your account yourself at theyvoice.com/id; the data is fully erased within 30 days. You can also request deletion at info@theyvoice.com, and remove our access at any time in your Google Account settings.

TheyVoice's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4. Data processed in our games and apps

When you play our games, we may process the data the game needs to work:

  • ●Account details: Your email address and account ID if you sign in with a provider such as Google; an anonymous device-specific ID if you play as a guest.
  • ●Game data: Progress, trophies, cards and inventory, match results, clan membership and chat messages.
  • ●Technical data: Device type, operating system, crash reports and performance information.
  • ●Purchases: Payments are handled by the App Store or Google Play; we never receive your card details, only a record of the purchase.

If a game has additional terms of its own, they are shown inside that game.

5. Why we process data

  • ●To provide our games and services and protect your account and progress (performance of a contract)
  • ●To prevent cheating, fraud and abuse (legitimate interests)
  • ●To fix bugs and improve our games (legitimate interests)
  • ●To meet our legal obligations (legal obligation)

We do not sell your data and we do not profile you for advertising.

6. Sharing and retention

Your data is stored with providers that help us run the service: Supabase (database and sign-in, servers in Europe) and Vercel (hosting). They process data only on our behalf. International transfers rely on the safeguards required by the GDPR and KVKK.

We keep data while your account is active or for as long as the law requires. When you delete your account, your game data is deleted or anonymised within a reasonable time.

7. Your rights

You have the right to:

  • ●Ask whether we process your data and get a copy of it
  • ●Have inaccurate data corrected
  • ●Have your data deleted
  • ●Object to or restrict processing
  • ●Receive your data in a portable format
  • ●Complain to your local data protection authority or Turkey's Personal Data Protection Authority

Send requests to the contact address below; we reply within 30 days at the latest.

8. Children

Our services are not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe your child has given us data, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes and contact

We may update this policy from time to time and will announce significant changes on the site. Questions and requests: info@theyvoice.com
