Terms of Service

Some Services may require an account. You are responsible for keeping it secure; do not share or sell your account. If you are under 13, you may only use the Services with a parent's permission.

Gold, gems, cards and other virtual items are licensed to you for personal, non-transferable use within the game only. They have no real-money value, cannot be exchanged for cash and may not be traded outside the game. Except where the law requires otherwise, purchases are non-refundable; refund requests follow the rules of the relevant store (App Store, Google Play).

When using the Services you agree not to:

• ●Use cheats, bots, automation or software that modifies the game
• ●Exploit bugs for your own advantage
• ●Insult, harass or use hate speech against other players
• ●Try to break the security or operation of the Services

We may warn, suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

The games, characters, artwork, music, logos and the TheyVoice brand belong to us or our licensors. You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes. Creators are welcome to make videos and streams of our games, as long as they don't suggest an official partnership.

You are responsible for the content you share, such as chat messages and clan names. You allow us to use, display and, where needed, remove that content to run the Services.

We may update the games, add or remove content, or end a Service. If we end a paid Service, we will announce it reasonable time in advance.

The Services are provided "as is"; we cannot guarantee they will always be available or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
